I still remember 3rd April, time of India news paper...big heading saying " WORLD IS AT OUR FEET"...It was really thrilling to see and read that. I liked it as most of ppl might have liked it too...
Month of April'2011 was a significant month for Indians...it gave us a world cup for which ppl were waiting for 28 years..and gave ppl a reason to smile as they were on the verge of forgetting to smile after hearing a series of scams..corruption..inflation..crime..It was hilarious to see the PATRIOTISM (?) of the ppl.
Sad to see...at one side, crores of money was being announced by various govt for national team players of this sports where as at other side, a national player of another game was thrown out of running train and our sports ministry made another joke by announcing as much as25k for her as consolation..which they had to increase later on after media pressure..u nvr know whether she will get something or not..
Anyways..country is use to with these sort of small cheap jokes..
April 5th 2011..Desh abhi tak World cup jeetne ki khumari main duba hua tha...par shayad koi jaag gaya tha..hum sabse pehle..bahut pehle..and he was trying to wake us up..
It was nice to see the selfish people from all corner of india came out to fight for them self..
Kash ab hum desh-bhakt kam rahe aur selfish jyada ho jaye..
It is not just LOKPAL which was significant, the more significant was the crowd which gathered against corruption signaling that we cant tolerate it anymore, signalling that we dont have much faith left in this system.
This bubble of anger wasnt blown over night.. this anger was being accumulated among the people since decades.. and Anna hazare is not the originator of this movement..this movement has been originated in people's heart long back...Anna is just a face of billions' people..I remember, most of people complaining about corrupt system..and every time each discussion closed with " kaun karega is gandagi ki safai " . we never had somebody who can come forward to fight against " OUR OWN SYSTEM ".. It employs to all parties.. i could see the restlessness among all parties when they saw a big crowd gathering against them.. Of course india was not going to have ( i wish it should never have ) a teharir chauk at jantar mantar but it alarmed the govt and they took a RIGHT precautionary measurement. After 99 hours, govt agreed to his demand of forming a joint committee to pacify the people's anger..and Now actual picture will start.. and infact it has started...Govt (Politicians ; Let me make it clear, this is nt a fight between public and govt, this is a fight between public and politicians) has actually bought 4 months time from ppl and Coming four months is going to be very crucial..The strength of this movement is " The face of this movement ". and in coming four months they (Politicians ; including cong bjp and all parties) are going to malign this face.. they are going to make such false environment in the society that people should not have faith in this face in future..I can see in daily news that both major political parties ( BJP and congress) are trying their best to prove this movement non-constitutional or blackmail...coming four months are going to be too dangerous...i am sure the intelligence of these parties might be working hard to find the way to malign the image of anna and team...and i can see today that they have started getting success in presenting lies before others...the true leader of selfish people (anna and co.) are going to face lot of trouble.. i pray nothing should go wrong against them...ppl among us (anna & co.) got the courage to come out after 63 years...they should not loose this time.. otherwise we may have to wait for too long time again to find a fighter among us.
